Scenario At Hand
Within the working population of today’s quick-paced world, the well-being of establishments’ workers can sometimes be a secondary thought. This tends to be especially true with regard to the handling of chemical risks at the workplace. Leveraging the need to not only discover these risks but also quantify them so that every worker gets home safely, MyTERA was established. Nevertheless, MyTERA, which has conceptualized and developed a unique and innovative technology, struggled to articulate the proposition properly and reach the target audience. Earlier, the terms they used were more of technical terms that did not appeal to the very individuals they sought to serve.
A Transformative Brand Identity
Before we could write a new chapter, we started with a total brand revamp of MyTERA. The aim was to establish an image synonymous with their objective of increasing workplace safety, yet this had to be accompanied by an accessible aura. The new logo was symbolic both for strength and confidence, reflecting the support organizations needed to make workplaces safer. The advert had to show MyTERA’s image in terms of the capacity and readiness to safeguard lives from emerging risks lurking in our routine activities.
Creating a User-Friendly Website
Next, we turned our attention to their website, a critical tool for reaching potential clients. MyTERA’s old site was cluttered and confusing, making it difficult for users to grasp the full extent of their offerings. We developed a clean, intuitive platform that guided visitors through the services MyTERA provides. With clear navigation and straightforward language, the website became a vital resource for companies looking to enhance their safety protocols.
Engaging Social Media Content
Recognizing the importance of digital presence, we implemented a robust social media content management strategy. The focus was on creating engaging posts that addressed common pain points faced by businesses regarding occupational health and safety. By sharing real-life stories, informative articles, and interactive content, we cultivated a community of engaged followers who understood the significance of chemical hazard management.
Bridging the Gap Between Businesses and Safety
To enhance MyTERA outreach, we adopted a social media content management strategy as outlined in this paper. Combined with a powerful message and engaging visuals, we explained to the audience why the chemical hazard assessment is necessary and what dangers they may face if they do not use MyTERA software. Further, we concentrated on the business-to-business lead generation approach, which targeted those companies that could be interested in occupational safety solutions provided by MyTERA. In targeting industries most susceptible to accidents, we established a positive channel of contact with significant stakeholders, appealing to their reasons for adopting preventive measures.
A Journey of Impact and Recognition
The outcomes of our partnership with MyTERA were quite profound. It had a 300% rise in inquiries and partnerships due to the collectively returned branding, website, and social media accounts that created an appeal to different business types. It also continued to transform how clients viewed MyTERA —as a service provider, and clients now viewed MyTERA more as an indispensable strategic asset in their quest to achieve safer work environments. The change made MyTERA into one of the most recognizable names in occupational safety, demonstrating just how much a clear message and communication can revolutionize how businesses promote and advance health protection.
