In the heart of Gulberg Greens, Chaaye Khana, a beloved café known for its aromatic teas and cozy ambiance, was facing a challenge. Despite its reputation for offering a perfect blend of traditional chai and modern comfort, customer engagement was dwindling. The issue wasn’t the quality of the tea or the warm atmosphere; rather, it was the café’s online presence that lacked the spark to captivate customers. The social media accounts were inconsistent and uninspiring, failing to showcase the café’s unique vibe or entice tea lovers to visit. With no dedicated strategy for social media management, photography, or paid ads, the café’s charm remained a well-kept secret. To thrive in an area bustling with food and beverage options, Chaaye Khana needed a digital overhaul that would reflect its character and bring in more customers.

The Digital Revival

We stepped in with a holistic plan to energize the café’s digital presence, connecting Chaaye Khana’s delightful in-house experience to the online world.
  1. Storytelling Through Social Media

    The first commitment made was developing an organizational social media strategy, which embodied Chaaye Khana’s essence. Formerly sedate zones for a café, we turned social media into lively environments where tea lovers could communicate. New entries focused on describing the fanciest and aromatic types of tea, tasty sweets, and a home-like atmosphere people loved. We immersed ourselves in interesting stories about the creation of various chai flavors and told the stories of our regular customers as well as dedicated employees who made the experience complete for every guest.

  2. Capturing Moments with Photography

    To bring the experience to life, we introduced professional photography that truly captured the essence of Chaaye Khana. High-quality images showcased the steaming cups of chai, inviting interior, and appetizing food offerings, creating a visual narrative that appealed to both the casual sipper and the dedicated chai connoisseur. The photos didn’t just show products; they told the story of an inviting space where friends gather, work gets done, and moments are cherished over a warm cup of tea.

  3. Reaching the Right Audience with Paid Ads

    To further expand the café’s reach, we launched targeted social media ad campaigns. Using platforms like Facebook and Instagram, we promoted key offerings such as “High-Tea Specials,” “Weekend Brunch,” and “Seasonal Chai Flavors.” The paid ads were optimized to appear in front of those who loved tea, café culture, and cozy spots for socializing. By focusing on local audiences and relevant interests, we drove more traffic to the café and significantly boosted engagement on social media.

Brewing Success Online

One can imagine how speaking for oneself would be useful when the results are equally impressive, as in this case. After a few months of social media presence, there was significant growth in the number of followers by 60%, and people engaged in discussions regarding their favorite chai flavors and recommended meals. The photo shoot also turned into an art that called the people to visit the café to receive the warm welcome and kind-hearted feeling they expected. A very significant increase was also recorded during promoted events such as birthdays and seasonal specials within the restaurant. It is imperative to note that this new digital strategy was not only effective in breathing into the online version of Chaaye Khana but also ensuring that this was the new frontier for the café. Through appealing content on social media as well as by sharing wonderful pictures of their store, Chaaye Khana became not only a place to get tea but also a beloved place for the people of Gulberg Greens.
