Scenario At Hand​

In the whirl of UAE, where the significance of personal health and well-being is highly valued, Amber Clinic has become a home for those who require professional medical assistance. Even when the clinic and doctor’s performance was exemplary, many people still encountered severe problems in search of appropriate treatment. Amber Clinic was not able to effectively get to the people who needed them most since they were not socially visible and used branding that was old-style.

A Revitalized Brand Identity

Noticing that it is high time for the change, we started the process of rebranding Amber Clinic. To this end, we developed a new, clean-cut logo that conveys warmth, professionalism, and trust – an emblem that addresses the patient’s distress and speaks the language of caring and healing. Indeed, this new identity went beyond being simply a visual branding to signal support for those trying to combat the dilemmas associated with health.

Engaging Digital Presence

It was about increasing Amber Clinic’s brand awareness by driving more paid marketing traffic on social media. It became clear that an individual considering the service is overwhelmed by a large number of available choices, so we created campaigns that would speak to the potential client. Since the clinic has been offering services that are not your average run-to-the-doctor type, then the target group was those who were looking for more than service delivery; they were looking for services from a clinic that really understands their pain.

Social Media Content Management

As we live in a technology-dependent society, social networks exist to unite people. To some extent, we created a flexible content management strategy that demonstrated Amber Clinic’s professionals’ and people’s-focused view of their clinics. By regular posts that include general health questions and answers, real-life patient stories, and different articles according to the weekly theme, we created a community where people became aware. It was effective in providing information that changed people’s perceptions and made them shift from passive followers to trusted health consumers.

A Journey of Growth and Healing

The results of these activities were rather significant. Patient inquiry and interaction with Amber Clinic improved greatly because the changes made to the clinic’s brand and marketing were in line with the community. The patient, instead of seeing Amber as a clinic to visit, wanted to consider it as a partner when it comes to health. Amber Clinic shifted its strategic focus back to infection control and positively embodied the need to connect and care for the healing of many in the UAE.
